In the fall of 1996, Taiwan Weidi Group treaded the footsteps of the times to set up Shanghai Weidi Hardware Co., Ltd. in the Qingpu District of Shanghai. With more than 20 years of technical experience in the industry, the Company is specialized in the production of aluminum heat sinks and metal stamping parts, and after several years of hard work and efforts, the Company’s businesses are expanding rapidly. In early 2004, Weidi’s people zeroed in on Dianshanhu Town of Kunshan and established Kunshan Weisheng Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. there. Weisheng has a registered capital of 6.2 million U.S. dollars, covering an area of 43 mu, and a total plant area of 28,000 square meters. Since the end of 2005 when the Company was officially put into operation, after just three years, Weisheng Kunshan has made impressive development and growth in terms of its size, equipment, technology, management, and revenue, etc., gradually becoming one of the major manufacturers in the electronic hardware industry in East China.

Weisheng’s people, by constantly adhering to the business philosophy of good faith, quality and efficiency, through endless hard work and innovation, have now developed and formed three major categories of products, one is the heat sink and aluminum front panels, the second is the sheet metal parts, and third is aluminum die castings. The Company, according to customer needs, is continuously updating its products with constant renovation of technology and equipment.

Today, the Company has developed from a small business into a major player in this industry with an annual turnover of RMB 300 million and won dozens of customers from many countries and regions such as Japan, the United States, the European Union, China, Taiwan, and other countries, starting from just a few Taiwanese-invested clients in Shanghai when it first came to China.It has gradually become the main supplier of the world's top 500 companies such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Yamaha and Delta Group .

In order to implement this quality policy of 100% customer satisfaction, we have passed in the past few years NQA's ISO9001:2015、ISO14001:2015、IATF16949:2016 and other quality system certification, and established an effective management system, from all aspects of production factors to control the quality strictly. Stable management team, young and well-educated staff and workers provide a guarantee for quality and efficiency. We always take the priority to customer requirements from selection of qualified partners to incoming inspection of raw materials, from first-article inspection of each process to in-process inspection, final product inspection and then outgoing inspection. Matured use of the ERP system guarantees more efficient operation of the Company.

The Company annually demands for raw materials including aluminum materials of 5,000 ton and steel sheet of 3,000 ton. To meet environmental standards and comply with the world requirements, vendors (suppliers and manufacturers) of all raw materials purchased by the Company are required to regularly provide a ROSH test report for the material (s) they supplied.

In terms of machinery and equipment, the Company uses advanced manufacturing equipment imported from countries and regions such as Japan and Taiwan, etc...

We have 2 laser blanking machines and 1 numerical control punch, which are purchased from Mitsubishi and Murata in Japan respectively. The maximum processing range is 1250 * 2500 * 3.0mm. We have 15 CNC folding machines, which are purchased from Toyo Company of Japan, and can be used for any size angle bending of various plates within 3.0 meters.

The machines and equipment used for die-casting mainly include five Toshiba die-casting machines of 800T, 350T and 135T, as well as a vacuum machine and a mold temperature machine. The die casting machines can accept the dies in the maximum thickness of 950mm and minimum thickness of 400mm, the height width of 930mm * 930mm, and casting projected area of 600 – 1,030cm².

The cutting equipment includes 4 manual and automatic cutting machines imported from Taiwan, with the maximum cutting size of 400 * 100mm. Two automatic slotting machines can be used to cut grooves on various heat sinks. In terms of tapping equipment, CNC, and NCT, we have 70 various uniaxial and multiaxial tapping machines imported from Taiwan. The multiaxial tapping machines have the number of axes up to 8. Including 5 automatic multi axis drilling machines, which can be processed on multiple sides at the same time. The spot welding machine imported from Hong Kong Hwa Shi can weld a variety of metal materials. The CNC machining center can process the maximum size of 1,000 * 600 * 520mm, with the maximum spindle rpm of 8,000-60,000 and repeated precision of ± 0.003mm.

We have 36 various presses, with the maximum tonnage of 260T. Such presses have the working range up to 1,600 * 900mm. Two sets of mechanical arms, together with the 200T punch press, enable three to four dies to be used in the same punch press.

The surface treatment facilities can be used for powder and liquid anode coating of the surface of metal products. A set of automatic degreasing system and ultrasonic cleaning machine can clean the surface of various metal products. In terms of printing equipment, the Company has a transfer printing machine and an automatic screen printing machine, with the largest print area up to 300 * 500mm. Packaging group uses a variety of advanced equipment. There are two vacuum forming machines, one laminating machine and one laser engraving machine. They can be used to process packages for the various metal and plastic products.

The Company has a stamping die department, which has accumulated experience over the years of aluminum alloy processing. The Company independently develops and designs the dies (molds) that meet the requirements from customers’ products, and uses automatic mold (die) manufacturing equipment.

The Company has excellent quality control testing equipment to ensure product quality to meet customer requirements. Three-coordinate measuring machines manufactured by Taiwan Jianwei and optical projectors by Japan Mitutoyo can ensure the precision up to 0.01mm. To meet the requirements of environmental protection, all products have been tested with the Japanese-made HORIBA’s ROHS detector owned by the Company itself. In addition, the Company also has the salt spray test machine, color difference meter, thickness meter, hardness meter, roughness meter and other testing equipment to meet production needs. For testing and inspecting die-casting products, we have one German SPECTRO spectrometer, which can measure the elemental composition of metal materials, and one German YXLON-XRAY flaw detector, which can detect air bubbles and cracks inside the metal die-casting products.
